About Gander Partners

Over the last 7 years Gander Partners has emerged as the premier developer of high-end, luxury home communities in the village of Frankfort.  Flagstone, the award winning community with 48 home sites and a beautiful 10-acre lake, was the starting point.  The opening of Cobblestone Walk elevated the expectation of luxury, custom home buyers throughout the area.  Cobblestone Walk features 51 home sites sprinkled around 3 attractive lakes for the step-up luxury home customer.  In 2005 Gander Partners opened Stone Creek, a community designed to introduce the luxury elements of Flagstone and Cobblestone Walk to a first time buyers of luxury homes.  Stone Creek features a 4 acre park, 4 prominent lakes, and a 5 acre conservation area amongst 155 home sites.
